12th House (Vayay Bhava)
12th House – House of Foreign Land, expenses, loss or detachment, hospital, sleep, moksha, etc. This is the end of the cycle of the houses. It stands for seclusion, solitude and emancipation. If this house is afflicted, it can lead to jail sentence, hospitalisation, sleeplessness, accident, separation, addictions, suspicion, inferiority complex. This house is about letting things go, being last house it represents what you must renounce to attain liberation or moksha. The tendency to be giving, humble, compassionate is ruled by this house. This house also represents foreign land, settlement, import-export business, etc. Saturn is the Karka of this house. Rahu present in this house will give fracture at least once in lifetime timing of which can be determined with the future transit of the planets. Jupiter in this house will give growth in foreign land, while Saturn in this house can give permanent settlement in a foreign country.
